Non-Certification Courses

New Jersey Updates Food Code
Effective January  of 2007, the State of New Jersey has adapted the FDA model Food Codes of 2001 and 2005 in the new Chapter 24 Health Code.


This site is a work in progress. Please check back often as we add links, information and general topics on food safety.

 In addition to ServSafe, several non-certification courses are conducted in a classroom setting.

     

These include:

bullet Train the Trainer. This one day class focuses on training techniques for Foodservice management. Utilizing the National Restaurant Association Education Foundation Managers Guide to Employee Level Training textbook, classroom discussions and demonstrations of various teaching methods.
bullet  Employee Food Safety Training This one day class features the basics of ServSafe presented in a concise,     easy to understand manner perfect for staff task oriented training
bullet Food Safety for Servers - The proper service and handling methods for servers and wait staff
bullet HACCP - Principles and plan development.
bullet Developing a Food Safety Program.
