Welcome to New Jersey Food Safety Training, the State’s premier food safety training source. With the recent sweeping reforms to the New Jersey health code, the need for Food Safety Certification training has never been greater. We offer the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation ServSafe® Managers Food Protection Certification Course as recognized by the State of New Jersey to fulfill the Person in Charge Certification requirement for risk type 3 establishments.

Food Safety in the commercial foodservice establishment has become not only necessary as required by law, but necessary in ensuring the fine reputation of any  dining establishment. The media fills the airways and papers with story’s of foodborne illness. Our industry and our state is taking a firm stand with the updating of New Jersey’s health code, Chapter 24. Developing a viable working food safety program is vital in today’s operating environment. Basing your program on true risks and staying current with the latest scientifically based information will seriously reduce these risks. Marketing that program to the public and your employees is a challenge. Our proven methods of staff training, policy development along FDA principles, and self inspections ensures a safer more sanitary and welcoming environment.
